Carriage of high-priced equipment from Taiwan to Russian poultry factory

In January-February 2012 TELS company has implemented project cargo transportation – carriage of equipment for poultry. Customer was one large Russian company. Cargo was production conveyor line worth $2,5 million intended for eggs packing.

That was first service sold to this Customer. TELS competed with other logistics operators for the order. From our side the Customer has been offered with several schemes of cargo delivery, which included different routes and total transport costs. Eventually Customer has chosen our company. TELS was determined by the Customer as the most reliable and professional transport company, which is able to perform transportation of such complex and expensive cargo. TELS reputation is high enough to entrust us the implementation of the carriage without being preliminary acquainted with us.

11 containers of cargo (10 High cubes and one 20ft) left port of Tajchyn (Taiwan) in the beginning of January. Transshipment has been made in Germany, port of destination was Riga. Further transportation was carried out by road. Cargo has been delivered to destination in Naro-Fominsk district, Moscow region in the twenties of February safely intact and within agreed terms. Peculiarity of the carriage was that all 11 containers had to arrive at destination simultaneously as they had one common package of documents. We had to conform with contractors compulsory simultaneous arrival of all 11 platforms for loading. Otherwise the delay could cause extra costs in the port.

Customer was satisfied with the order fulfillment. When he thanked TELS employees, he informed them that he had handed over the contacts and positive recommendations about TELS to his partners.
