“Today, looking back at past events, it’s hard for me to remember any significant difficulties related to new appointment. I had already been well acquainted with Warsaw employees due to everyday cooperation. Just geographically workplace has been changed. I’ve moved to Warsaw together with wife, that’s why no private complications appeared.
During daily work first of all I try to be honest with Customers, with Carriers, with workmates and with myself. The best way to avoid fraud is to arrange own work the way that even light lies wouldn’t have any necessity or sense. I try to avoid empty promises, because if you’re not sure you’ll fulfill it – it’s better not to promise. But once You have promised something, You have to fulfill it in time whatever it takes. If You made a folly or mistake – You need to admit it and accept constructive criticism. You need to think of failure’s reasons as well as of settlement of the situation. Of course, it’s impossible to let somebody down, especially when somebody has asked for help and therefore reckoned on you. And respectively once I’ve needed help, I’ve asked for it – I can rely on it. This is so important!”
